Welcome to NORTH FOREST COMMONS, one of Avon,

home communities. North Forest Commons is located in eastern
Hendricks county, just west of Indianapolis, Indiana. Homes in this prestigious community
range from $300,000 to $600,000.
Our home sites are typically sold to
individuals who then contract with their custom builder, subject to approval
of the Forest Commons Architectural Committee.
A $4,533
sanitary sewer connection fee to the West Central Conservancy District
is required for a building permit, and is an additional charge, payable at
closing.
Prior to construction, lot owners must have their proposed builder approved by the
Architectural Committee in an effort to protect the value of each
homeowner's investment. The Committee
will require a minimum living area (exclusive of porches, basement and
garage) of 2,300 sq. ft. for a one-story house and 2,800 sq. ft. for a two-story house
(unless the first floor is at least 2,300 sq. ft.). In addition there are specific design requirements
such as roof pitch and construction finish. Please refer to
